How often do you perform backups?

We perform backups every 6 hours using JetBackup, these backups are complete (incremental) account backups including files, emails, and databases.

We retain the 6-hour backups for 24 hours, and daily backups for 28 days.

You're able to restore individual files, folders, databases directly from the JetBackup-section in cPanel.

Accounts that are overdue will get their backups deleted after 7 days.

There are rare cases where the availability of backups might be less:

• Accounts being migrated from 1 server to another
• Replacement or maintenance of our storage server where the loss of backup data may take place.
• Possible loss or data corruption.
• In case of backup failure, we'll get notified 2 hours after expected completion (which may shift backups by 2 hours)

We always recommend people keep a copy of their own files as well.
