All domains that use our hosting-panel.net offering comes with a spamfilter activated by default.
You're able to disable the spamfilter per email account basis as well as modifying the spam score required to reject emails.
You can manage the spamfilter settings by going to Emails and click the "Edit" button next to a given email account, then you should see the following overview:
Here you have the two settings related to the spamfilter:
- Disable spamfilter: Disabling the spamfilter results in all email for the account being accepted, effectively no checks are being performed what so ever on the emails passed through, including DKIM, DMARC, SPF and ARC checks. We generally advise to keep the spamfilter enabled unless you're running an abuse mailbox.
- Rspamd Reject Score: The Rspamd Reject Score is the score which emails have to get before we outright reject these. We generally recommend keeping it at 15, since all legitimate emails will have a score below 15. A lower score means we will reject email faster, where a higher score will mean we will reject less email.
Note: You can manage the same settings for forwarders.
