On December 18, we'll be performing a datacenter migration. Physically moving majority of our shared hosting infrastructure to another datacenter.
This migration will take place between 10pm (the 18th) and 6am (the 19th), Europe/Amsterdam timezone.
Servers nlcp01, nlcp02, nlcp03, nlcp05, nlcp06, nlcp07, nlcp08 and nlsh04 will be migrated, resulting in complete downtime for at least 3 hours, possibly slightly longer.
Servers nash01, nlsh02, nlsh03 are not affected. Grid Hosting emails are not affected.
All emails received for cPanel hosting customers, will be delivered after the migration has been completed. Our spam filtering servers will buffer the emails.
For new customers
If you're ordering cPanel hosting, your account will still be provisioned on one of the affected servers.
If you're ordering Grid hosting, accounts in Canada will not be affected, accounts in Netherlands will be affected. We can provision your account temporarily on some older leased equipment. However, these systems do not currently use AMD EPYC Genoa, but instead an older generation AMD EPYC, which is slightly slower.
If you cannot have any downtime what so ever, we recommend that you first purchase hosting after the 18th of December.
